Finance Operations Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Operations Officer with a focus on accounts payable to strengthen our financial team. You will be responsible for the daily accounts payable administration and contribute to a precise, efficient, and up-to-date financial administration.

What You Will Do

As a Finance Operations Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks within accounts payable and the purchase-to-pay process, including processing, checking, and booking incoming supplier invoices and credit notes.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or financial administration is a plus, but not a requirement
• Good understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing, and purchase processes
• Experience with accounting or ERP software and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work accurately and have an eye for detail
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to take responsibility for tasks and follow up proactively on outstanding issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently, but feel at home in a team
