How Will You Make An Impact
An experienced Sales Operations Manager is needed to coordinate work amongst other members of the Sales Operations team and other stakeholder groups in supporting ADLINK Technology’s growing business efforts and customer base. This position is office based.
What Will You Do
- Manage Customer Account Management Specialist team and monitor, plan, and implement projects supporting order fulfillment activities
- Review and update sales processes, procedures, and implement sales automation tools
- Ensure compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders
- Manage Customer and Sales escalations
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of Sales operations
- Create and review Bill of Materials for item configurations
- Review credit returns, cancellations, and order pushes with internal management team
- Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and suggest forecasting for customers
- Manage and review Sales Orders
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Review factory order revision requests
- Supervise employees within Sales Operations department including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in sales operations, management, and training
- Previous management experience required
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with excellent organizational and planning skills; results-oriented
- Strong time management, excellent interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrate ability to achieve operational excellence through strong analytical skills
- Ability to set up processes and procedures and make recommendations
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and/or Navision enterprise resource planning software is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Frequently required to sit, regularly use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk and hear, and perform analytical work or reports requiring focus while utilizing a computer
- Must be able to operate general office equipment
- Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Base Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 USD. Individual offers based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Range does not include bonus compensation or benefits.
