Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding ADN’s market position in the IT Security & Networking area, win new partners, and create sustainable growth together with your team.
What You Will Do
You will develop go-to-market strategies, open up new sales potential, and continuously build our partner landscape. You will be responsible for business planning, pipeline, forecast, sales, and profitability of your area.

Requirements
- several years of experience in business development, channel sales, vendor management, or partner management
- ideally in the IT distribution
- proven success in building and developing manufacturer or reseller business
- experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams
- security in handling business plans, forecasts, sales pipelines, and sales control
- outstanding acquisition strength, negotiation security, and a binding appearance on decision-maker level
- experience in the IT security or networking market
- very good German and English skills in word and writing
- willingness to participate in regular business trips
