Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control, performing technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance, gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field; CA/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required, preferably with a US-based company
- Strong analytical and accounting skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results
- Exceptional follow-through capabilities
- Willingness and ability to quickly master new tools and processes
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau and Anaplan are preferred
- SAP and PowerPoint are also useful
