Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the India Shared Services Finance team as a Financial Analyst. The role will partner with the Finance co-ordinate to support input of forecast data in so far as Topline / Headcount Opex related work in the C&P organization.
What You Will Do
Prepare reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, leverage Power BI/Tableau / AI tool to create and maintain centralized and common reporting and analytical solutions, drive continual operational improvements, and collaborate with finance controllers/consolidators.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
- 6+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required, preferably with a US-based company
- Basic proficiency in AI
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau and Anaplan are preferred
