Lead analysis and reporting on full-funnel marketing campaigns while deeply understanding the core strategy. Interpret marketing acquisition impact on business, from ad recall through business units and product usage. Drive weekly campaign performance narratives across upper-funnel and performance marketing campaigns, reporting into executives on campaign performance for India.
Requirements
- 8+ years demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, driving paid media measurement for large B2C brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of articulating strategy and insights at every level of the company
- Extensive background in marketing data analysis, especially in the areas of digital and mobile application analytics, audience insights, targeting, and personalisation
- Strong analytical tools and skills, including augmented and agentic AI, Excel, Power BI, trend analysis, opportunity sizing, A/B test reading and impact assessment
- SQL skills are preferred
- Strategic problem solver: Adopts a complete perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making recommendations.
- Collaboration & Influence: Builds strong, positive relationships with colleagues and business partners by working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.
