Senior Manager, Deal Desk Strategy and Reporting

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Deal Desk Strategy and Reporting will help define the future of Adobe’s Deal Desk organization, building and leading capabilities fundamental to how the organization operates. The role requires owning the critical initiative portfolio, defining the AI strategy, and building the reporting and insights capability. The Senior Manager will have meaningful ownership and a voice in developing both the strategy and operating model of the organization.

What You Will Do

The Senior Manager will own the Deal Desk critical initiative portfolio, set and implement the AI strategy, build and lead the reporting and insights capability, and turn strategy into execution. The role also requires collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and other teams to develop strategies and solutions that work end to end.

Requirements

• Degree or at least 8 years of experience deemed equivalent
• Strong reporting and analytics experience, including building dashboards and writing queries with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience designing and scaling new processes or operating models
• Experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve how work gets done
• Experience building and developing teams, partnering across functions, and communicating complex ideas clearly with senior collaborators
