Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist supports the development and winning of new business as a member of the IDIQ Management team. They will analyze, distribute, and capture IDIQ task order opportunities, and provide requested information to stakeholders and customers.
What You Will Do
The Specialist will monitor IDIQ mailboxes and government portals, identify relevant opportunities, develop task order opportunity pipelines, collect and analyze data, and support capture activity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, sales, finance, and/or communications, and 5 years of experience in business management, marketing, sales, and/or communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, sales, finance, and/or communications
- 5 years of experience in business management, marketing, sales, and/or communications
- Demonstrated ability utilizing AI tools within a business development context
- Excellent command of the English language
- Familiarity with IDIQ contract vehicles and proposal management
- Experience with AI tools MS Co-Pilot, Chat GPT, or similar
- Ability to write proposals, develop presentations, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
