Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Data Analytics & Programmer Manager, the Data Analyst collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support the organization’s data needs by developing ad-hoc and recurring reports.

What You Will Do

Conduct ongoing data collection, develop data reports and dashboards, and perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, 1+ year of experience as a data analyst, and intermediate to advanced SQL comprehension and querying skills.

Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in health-related informatics, computer science, statistics, data analytics/data science, engineering, public health, or other related fields
  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a data analyst, developer, or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of directly related experience in healthcare – health information technology, quality improvement, data analytics/data science, or information management
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL comprehension and querying
  • Intermediate to advanced competency in Excel (Functions, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems (MSSQL and PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with data analytical platforms (Relevant, PowerBI, Tableau, etc..)
