Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, training, and on-going support of the Salesforce platform. This position will work closely with the Director, Customer Information Systems and internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements and help to ensure that data quality is maintained.

What You Will Do

Serves as the primary administrator of the Salesforce platform, implements approved Salesforce enhancements, updates, and system improvements, analyzes and develops reports, dashboards, and data solutions, and provides advanced Salesforce support, troubleshooting, guidance, and training to staff and power users.

Requirements

  • B.S., in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant database experience, preferably in a trade association or professional society
  • 4+ years of experience with administering the Salesforce platform

Benefits

  • Salary: $92,575 – $104,600
  • Up to 5% domestic travel
  • Hybrid work policy: Teleworker with some duties performed at home-based or alternative worksites within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area (DC, MD, VA)
