Role Overview
The Product Operations Lead will own the operating model for Tideline RCM, contributing to day-to-day operations and building processes, instrumentation, and the operating model around the product. The role is hands-on during launch and becomes strategic and tactical as the operating model matures.
What You Will Do
The Product Operations Lead will build operating procedures, stay close to the operation, push the frontier of customer processes, and keep the model honest.

- Product or Product Operations experience
- Strong systems thinking and judgment

- A track record of turning ambiguous work into repeatable systems
- Able to move between the details and the bigger picture
- Strong cross-functional operator
