Role Overview
The Sr. Financial Analyst will support the Business Finance Director for Chemical Intermediates and two Site Controllers with accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and manufacturing finance activities across multiple entities.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include month-end closing, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Success in this role means developing an understanding of business and operational activities and how they affect financial results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 4 years’ finance/accounting experience. FP&A or manufacturing finance preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
