Data Analyst

Role Overview

The client organization is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to help enhance efficiency, product scalability, and data-driven operational decision-making. The successful candidate will work with large-scale data environments, develop analytics and visualizations, build scalable data products, improve internal tooling and operational workflows, and help maintain the organization’s business intelligence infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Perform critical data analysis across a broad range of business, product, engineering, and operational use cases. Build analytics, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or another data-intensive field of study
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, ETL, process automation, and data warehousing at scale
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working in complex, large-scale data environments
• Experience performing data analysis and developing actionable insights for business and operational decision-making
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data models and data products
• Strong understanding of how different users consume and leverage data, with the ability to develop appropriate insights, tools, and solutions for their needs
• Experience working with data warehouses and large-scale data environments
• Experience with dbt, Python, and Terraform
• Strong experience within the Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery ecosystem
• Ability to build analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions for a variety of stakeholders
• Strong product-building mindset with the ability to develop solutions beyond basic reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and independently tackle complex problems with significant business impact
