Role Overview

Responsible for leading the tactical execution of strategic growth initiatives to promote the hospital’s ability to achieve key performance targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and external forces impacting the business.

What You Will Do

Develops business plans, informs assumptions in the pro forma process, and ensures all parties are informed, approvals are received, and implementation is successful. Translates strategic initiatives into a cascaded set of priority actions and coordinates with key stakeholders.
