FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Join the Commercial Control and FP&A team as a FP&A Analyst to help drive business growth. You will participate in providing management reporting, financial modeling, and analysis to enable Advidi’s management to make better commercial decisions. Reporting to the Commercial Control Team Lead, you will bring your experience to help ensure the business operates with healthy volumes and profit margins.

What You Will Do

Reporting and forecasting, performance tracking and analysis, business partnering and strategic support, and process improvement. You will report end of month, quarter, and year business performance, support budgeting process, build and maintain dynamic financial models, and perform scenario modeling.

You will have a clear picture of finance related processes which can be brought onto our team, help set them up and scale them. You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting and planning cycles.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in FP&A, Controlling or similar
• Highly analytical and financially knowledgeable mindset
• Advanced user of Excel
• Familiarity with reporting and data tools such as Looker
• Strong communicator
• Commercial mindset with a keen eye for both detail and opportunities
• Team player who values collaboration but is equally capable of working independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Currently residing in the Netherlands
