FP&A Manager

Role Overview

Advisor360° is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and high-impact financial initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, HR, and other functions to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial visibility.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related financial function
• Experience in B2B SaaS, financial technology, or another recurring-revenue business environment
• Advanced financial modeling expertise, including three-statement models, scenario analysis, forecasting, and complex financial evaluations
• Demonstrated experience managing complex financial projects and driving initiatives across multiple business functions
• Strong experience with annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Solid understanding of SaaS financial metrics, recurring revenue models, and enterprise contract economics
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial planning platforms, reporting tools, and large datasets
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities, drive projects forward, and deliver accurate, high-quality work
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve financial workflows and reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts
