Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Counsel based in San Francisco to join the Commercial Legal team as Orb’s dedicated commercial counsel. In this role, you will be a partner to Orb’s leadership team and a key driver of Orb’s commercial success.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice across Orb’s various commercial functions, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with Orb’s customers, vendors, and partners.

Requirements
- 6+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm
- Strong commercial contracting and/or other transactional experience with a solid understanding of contract law principles
- Clear communication skills
- Solid people skills and ability to work well with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and customers from varying disciplines and cultures
- Ability to structure and prioritize work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
