Team Lead, Deal Desk (Enterprise)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic leader to join our global Deal Desk team. The role requires a leader with strong commercial contracting expertise who can act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial stakeholders, while building and developing a high-performing team.

What You Will Do

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of high-caliber, pragmatic commercial lawyers who draft, review, and negotiate complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements for our customers.

You have 8+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm, and strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial contracts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial contracts
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing lawyers or other legal professionals
• Ability to structure and prioritize work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and build and drive processes to completion
