Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketeer to join their Strategic Marketing team and lead Transportation related marketing. This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, elevate brand presence, and support high-impact initiatives across key transportation sectors in Europe and India.

What You Will Do

You will play a key role in identifying and activating growth opportunities, leading sector brand campaigns and flagship regional events, and supporting the Head of Strategic Marketing in operational excellence and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles within a B2B environment or similar
• Experience in Transportation or adjacent sectors
• Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth in complex, competitive markets
• Global Perspective: Ability to align regional strategies with global goals
• Client-Centric Mindset: Strong client engagement skills, with experience in building marketing initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive sales
• Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams, alongside extensive experience collaborating with large groups of technical specialists
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track marketing performance, with a strong focus on optimizing for ROI and results
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
