Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. The primary goal of this role is to create new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects to support our sales team in achieving their targets.

What You Will Do

Conduct research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and market opportunities. Utilize tools like CRM, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate and nurture leads. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will be based in or near San Francisco, CA, and be able to be in the San Francisco office 4 days per week. The candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Prior full time BDR experience is a strong plus.
