Role Overview
The People Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of our workforce strategy, owning, refining, and scaling the day-to-day processes, policies, and systems that empower our team members worldwide.
What You Will Do
Maintain Rippling as the single source of truth for people data, own global employee onboarding and off-boarding, support payroll and benefits administration, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance the overall People Operations function.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people operations or HR at a high-growth startup
- Deep proficiency with Rippling across HRIS, payroll, benefits

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
