Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Manager will serve as a financial steward for business development and account management, supporting the capture and acquisition of new business, and the retention, compliance, and profitability of existing business.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will analyze account, office and regional profitability, manage producer compensation plans, collaborate with sales teams, mitigate risk, track performance goals, and execute recurring and adhoc reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting
• 2+ years relevant experience

• Strong leadership, communication skills and work ethic
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to negotiate with senior level client contacts
