Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for learning the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, including prospecting, client engagement, and delivery. The role involves identifying target accounts, making cold calls, and setting meetings with perspective targets. The SDR will work closely with the Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Sales Development Representative will utilize the Aerotek 7 stages of the SOLVE model to target, engage, and service new and existing clients. They will also research and build call sheets using tools like LinkedIn and Connected, identify and develop customer relationships, and complete Aerotek Account Manager Onboarding training.

Requirements
- Sales degree/Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience
