Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and management to understand business needs, analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Business Data Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL
- Expertise in data analysis, data interpretation, and data validation
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and user stories
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
