Role Overview

The Chief Revenue Officer will lead the rebuild and scaling of marketing and sales functions nationwide, driving measurable results across all channels. This player-coach role requires a growth-oriented, digitally fluent leader who can carry personal production alongside developing their team. The role involves rebuilding and strengthening Aftermath’s brand positioning, developing thought leadership content, and driving market awareness and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading the rebuild and strategic direction of Aftermath’s marketing function, driving a dominant, sustainable organic and AI-powered search presence, and overseeing all digital marketing channels. The role also involves overseeing traditional media, community outreach, and public relations initiatives, leveraging marketing automation and analytics tools, and building the marketing team’s capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or sales leadership experience

  • Proven ability to build and scale marketing and sales functions from the ground up

  • Experience managing and developing marketing or sales professionals
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing spend decisions
