Role Overview
Own the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of key telehealth and longevity categories. Develop a deep understanding of the customer and market, identify opportunities, and bring together the right teams to turn those insights into measurable growth.
What You Will Do
Develop a category strategy, build a deep understanding of category performance and economics, identify opportunities and constraints to growth, and evaluate opportunities across pricing, packaging, offers, bundling, positioning, customer segments, and the broader category business model.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Combine commercial judgment, customer obsession, analytical rigor, product thinking, and hands-on execution. Be comfortable interviewing customers, analyzing a funnel, developing positioning, evaluating pricing or packaging, building a business case, launching an experiment, and driving a cross-functional initiative from idea through execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across category management, growth, product marketing, general management, business strategy, consumer product, or a related commercially focused role.
- Experience owning meaningful growth or commercial outcomes for a digital product, consumer health business, telehealth service, subscription business, marketplace, or category-level business line.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience working with metrics such as revenue, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, activation, margin, payback, and ROI.
- Experience building, launching, or scaling products, services, categories, or business lines in an ambiguous or rapidly changing environment.
- Strong customer research instincts and comfort directly interviewing customers, evaluating customer behavior, and translating insights into action.
- Experience with positioning, value propositions, pricing, packaging, offers, go-to-market strategy, or new product/service launches.
- Comfort operating in a regulated environment where growth must be balanced with clinical accuracy, privacy, compliance, patient trust, and responsible communication.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with GA4, Looker, SQL, CRM/lifecycle platforms, or product analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience in telehealth, digital health, consumer health, women’s health, or another regulated consumer category is strongly preferred; genuine curiosity about longevity, preventative health, and the future of healthcare.
