RevOps Analyst

Role Overview

As a RevOps Analyst, you’ll be a hands-on builder and operator for the systems, data, and processes behind AgentSync’s go-to-market team. You’ll turn revenue strategy into working systems, keep our data clean and reliable, and look for every chance to do things faster and better with automation and AI.

What You Will Do

You’ll own and optimize the GTM tech stack, build and maintain workflows for lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, and customer lifecycle automation, and support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, and internal platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience: Flows, reports, dashboards, and data loads
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Actively using AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your work, and can speak to specific ways you’ve integrated them into how you get things done
• Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail, especially with data that drives compensation and forecasting
• Clear communicator who can work across teams and explain technical changes simply
• Proactive, resourceful, and resilient, able to thrive in ambiguity while consistently delivering results
