Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or possess relevant FP&A experience
• Highly analytical with strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
• Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis
• Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
• A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Driven to improve processes and deliver clear, actionable financial insights
