Role Overview
We are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to serve as a subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash processes. The role is ideal for a hands-on expert in complex SaaS or marketplace deal environments.
What You Will Do
Act as a subject-matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CPQ, and upstream Quote-to-Cash processes; Support and optimize commercial workflows; Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations within SaaS, technology, or marketplace companies
- Strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora CPQ, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or Ironclad
- Experience supporting complex pricing models
- Experience managing approval workflows, governance models, and delegation frameworks
- Understanding of downstream billing, entitlements, and revenue recognition processes
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition impacts
- Experience working with Workday, NetSuite, or SAP, including CPQ/CLM integrations
- Upper-intermediate English level
