Role Overview

Reddit is seeking a data scientist to guide product decisions through rigorous experimentation, causal analysis, and effective measurement. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to frame business questions, evaluate opportunities, and translate analytical findings into recommendations.

What You Will Do

You will contribute to the full experimentation process, from study design and execution through detailed analysis and communication of results. You will also strengthen the data foundations and self-serve resources that enable data scientists and cross-functional partners to work confidently with information.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Two years of experience in the job offered or in an occupation in a related field
• A/B testing and experimentation design
• Causal inference and incrementality measurement
• Statistical modeling and data analysis
• ETL development and maintenance
• KPI design and goal setting
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Data visualization and reporting
• Python and SQL
• Machine learning and predictive modeling

Benefits

• Annual salary range $229,000.00 to $267,100.00
