Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will participate in the strategic development of the cheese and butter portfolio, leading projects related to innovation, line extension, and renovation. They will be responsible for managing and analyzing the performance of their product portfolio, ensuring deep market knowledge, and monitoring budgets.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will actively participate in the development and execution of the marketing plan and innovation plan to achieve growth objectives. They will lead multidisciplinary teams, act as an expert on their product portfolio, and evaluate the performance and positioning of their products and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration (marketing) or project management
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the B2B sector, preferably in the food industry
• Masters financial concepts to assess project profitability (P&L)
• Experience in project and portfolio management
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, leadership
• Customer-oriented
• Thorough understanding of the MS Office suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English is required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces)
