Operations -Financial Analyst

Temporary (15 months) Operations Financial Analyst oversees the financial aspects of the plant, with a strong focus on raw material analysis and yields, while supporting their team in managing labour costs and other operating expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, or Finance required.
• CPA
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken, considered an asset.
• Positive leadership and strong team spirit.
• Effective communication.
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and sound judgment
• Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
• Continuous improvement culture
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; Power Query is an asset)
