Join our team as a Business Development / Marketing Trainee and gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, digital outreach, sales coordination, CRM management, and business growth strategies.
What You Will Do
Identify and connect with prospective clients, conduct market research, support ABM campaigns, develop personalized outreach messages, assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and client presentations, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.

Requirements
- Recent graduate in Bachelor’s degree program (BBA, BMS, BCom, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software or LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage
Benefits
- Stipend of ₹15,000 during probation/training period of 6 months
- Performance-based salary revision after probation in the range of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
