Role Overview

We’re looking for a Service Sales Manager to work with the Service Manager to maximize sales and margin dollars in the Des Moines market. The role involves strategic development of sales planning, managing a team of sales professionals, and meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs.

What You Will Do

The Service Sales Manager will work closely with the Service Manager to grow sales and margin dollars, provide vision and strategic development of sales planning, and manage a team of sales professionals. They will also be responsible for meeting with customers, developing and implementing new sales programs, and ensuring seamless transitions from sales to operations.
