Role Overview

Lead the development and delivery of customer-centric Takaful products, propositions, and ecosystem partnerships to drive business growth, enhance customer value, and support distribution activation while ensuring regulatory and Shariah compliance.

Develop and implement customer propositions, lead product development, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to implement Takaful solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, marketing, business administration, Islamic finance, or a related discipline
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product development, proposition management, marketing, customer management, or insurance/takaful
• Familiarity with Shariah guidelines, principles, and values with a strong understanding of Takaful products and market segments
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
