Role Overview
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for expense management oversight, including preparation of annual Budget and monthly rolling Forecast, as well as monitoring financial controls and analysis of monthly financial company performance.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will be in charge of maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring control expenses according to Budget and Forecast, developing expense reports to evaluate risk management, and making data-driven business decisions for boards of directors.

Requirements
- Strong analytical background with strategic thinking capabilities and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of accounting, treasury, internal controls, financial systems, and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in English is required
- Proven experience in reporting to the CNSF mainly for RR’s Reports and all the regulatory requirements for Insurance institutions (Plus)
