Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) Solutions Analyst

Role Overview

Vacances Air Canada is undertaking a major transformation as part of the Leapfrog program, including the implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a customer data platform (CDP) Bloomreach. We are looking for a CRM and CDP solutions analyst who will play a key role in functional design, operational harmonization, and successful implementation of these platforms.

What You Will Do

The person in this position will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and external system integrators to ensure that customer, sales, service, and marketing requirements are translated into evolving and best-practice CRM and CDP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Customer data platform (CDP) or marketing technology certifications
• Business analysis certifications
• Agile and delivery framework certifications
