Role Overview
As the MarTech Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and daily management of our marketing technology ecosystem (MarTech). This role is at the heart of our data client platform (CDP) strategy, aiming to ensure that our platform, processes, and activation paths are well-designed, efficiently deployed, continuously optimized, and offer consistent customer experiences.
What You Will Do
Manage configuration and orchestration within the platform, creating multi-channel customer journeys based on strategy defined with channel managers and the marketing team. Ensure that journeys are optimized in terms of performance, evolution, and personalization, and that they do not overlap with other initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
At least 3 years of experience in exploiting data client platforms (CDP) or marketing automation. Practical experience with large-scale marketing automation platforms or data client platforms (CDP) to create unified user views, advanced segmentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in exploiting data client platforms (CDP) or marketing automation
- Practical experience with large-scale marketing automation platforms or data client platforms (CDP) to create unified user views, advanced segmentation
- Ability to train and accompany non-technical users
- Experience in data models, field architecture (JSON), and integration between data client platforms (CDP), marketing automation, and CRM systems, an asset
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and Quebec and Canadian privacy laws, an asset
