Role Overview
The Financial Analyst role supports financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results, identifying and researching variances to plans, and providing recommendations to key stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Perform data extraction, diagnosis of financial drivers, and leverage analytics to make recommendations to key stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial business issues and providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.

Requirements
- Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications are preferred.
