Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development and delivery of trade marketing strategies and activity that drives partner engagement, strengthens preference for Air New Zealand, and supports commercial growth in the Australian market.

What You Will Do

Develop integrated campaigns, partnership activity, incentives, trade communications, and channel initiatives that bring commercial and brand priorities to life. Work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to take activity from insight and planning through to execution, measurement, and optimisation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing and driving marketing strategies and campaigns at a strategic level
  • Experience in partnership marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience using data, customer, and market insights to inform marketing decisions and drive measurable results
  • University graduate with 5+ years of marketing and communications experience
