Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of AIRE’s Salesforce ecosystem, keeping it running, evolving, and fully aligned with the needs of our teams across multiple markets.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the day-to-day administration of AIRE’s Salesforce products, build and maintain dashboards and reports, create and configure new objects, and provide direct support to users across different markets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce environments, with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, and a background in Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or Entertainment.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Platform App Builder certification
• 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce environments
• Proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud
• Background in Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or Entertainment
• University degree or higher education in Informatics
• Fluent in Spanish and English
