FP&A Manager

Role Overview

This role will be a key member of the AWX Finance team, supporting financial planning and analysis function across AWX globally. The FP&A Manager will assist in providing strategic financial insights, analyzing business performance, and contributing to decision-making processes.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include supporting quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, maintaining and updating existing reports, models, and dashboards for regular financial reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to conduct in-depth financial analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent advanced finance qualification preferred
• Sound knowledge of financial analysis and planning, especially in budgeting, forecasting, cost allocations, accounting principles, and developing financial models
• Prior experience or understanding of financial services and fintech businesses is a plus
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, or other spreadsheet tools
• Experience with SQL, data visualisation tools, financial software, and management reporting systems will be advantageous
