Commissions Senior GTM Specialist

Role Overview

The Commissions Senior GTM Specialist will own Sales Compensation at Aiven, building and running how we pay and motivate every revenue team across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, SE, ISR, and Partnerships. This role will design, cost, and maintain variable compensation plans for quota-carrying reps and overlay roles, aligned with GTM strategy and financial targets.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include designing and operating variable compensation plans, implementing quotas and crediting rules, running monthly and quarterly commission calculations, reconciliation, and dispute resolution, and building and maintaining reliable reporting on attainment, payouts, and plan effectiveness.
