Manager, Sales Operations

Role Overview

As Manager, Sales Operations, you will lead a Sales Operations team and act as the primary RevOps partner to our regional Sales VPs, responsible for forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and the insight that shapes where we invest. You will own the engine that keeps our global sales organization measurable and fast, and lead the shift to an AI-native, self-service intelligence layer for our GTM teams.

What You Will Do

You will own the sales operating cadence, act as the strategic partner to our regional Sales VPs, build the self-service intelligence layer for Sales, drive GTM Engineering, and run territory planning, quota deployment, and account hierarchies through the annual and quarterly planning cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS
• spent close to quota-carrying teams
• deep Salesforce reporting experience required
• SQL and BI tools a plus
• people leadership experience
