Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to our revenue growth strategy, responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships primarily through phone, email, and CRM platforms. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales within assigned territories. Using CRM tools, the Inside Sales Representative will track and manage all sales activities to ensure a streamlined and effective sales process.

What You Will Do

Receives inbound and/or makes outbound telephone calls to sell pest control services. Promotes the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers. Implements effective sales techniques to convert sales opportunities with a high rate of efficiency. Converts leads at a minimum of 60%.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
