Role Overview

Marketing Operations Manager will be a partnership with marketers, not a service desk. They will partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders within a PM-Tech duo crew model.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Operations Manager will own a core set of capabilities, including marketing automation & CRM, data model & governance, segmentation & lifecycle design, nurturing infrastructure, AI-first operations, performance monitoring, and documentation & enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment
• hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale
• strong understanding of CRM data models
• ability to frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
• product knack: define what’s not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
• data fluency and analytical rigor: read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
• ability to be both hands-on and think strategically: drive the big picture while staying close to execution
• strong stakeholder management skills: partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
