Program Manager, Finance Systems

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead and coordinate key initiatives across Alarm.com’s Finance Systems portfolio, including ERP platforms, billing systems, procurement applications, and related finance technology initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, and operational coordination across multiple teams, drive governance activities, and collaborate with business and technical teams to support planning, execution, and rollout of finance systems enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or related roles supporting enterprise systems or operational initiatives
• Experience managing or coordinating cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, ERP, billing, procurement, or operational systems initiatives
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive follow through
• Ability to independently drive programs and influence cross functional stakeholders without direct authority
