Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager works directly with GTM Leadership to drive the revenue engine and ensure the right processes are in place for Sales, Marketing, and CS to work effectively. The role involves owning the HubSpot setup, evaluating new tools, and building business understanding through analysis and initiatives.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include keeping HubSpot in shape, owning the GTM toolstack, building business understanding, working closely with the GTM team, and bringing AI into how the team works. The role also involves managing cross-functional projects and deciding where AI can help the team.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., n8n or Make)
• Ability to work in German and English
