Based within the Baie-Comeau division, this role allows you to act as a true business partner to managers by transforming financial data into key information to guide decisions and support operational objectives.
What You Will Do
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, management reports, and variance analyses to support sector financial performance. Contribute to the monthly closing process by ensuring the accuracy of financial data and meeting deadlines.

This role requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a role in accounting or finance, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial context. Excellent proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite are also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a role in accounting or finance
- CPA designation considered an asset
- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Oracle is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in French and functional English skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain rigorous controls, and adopt a precision, compliance, and safe work practices approach
