Manager, Commercial Analytics & Sales Enablement

Role Overview

Serve as a technical analytics subject matter expert supporting the Americas Commercial organization through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision making. Partner closely with Commercial Leadership, Sales Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, drive reporting strategy, and deliver scalable analytics solutions that support business performance.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and optimization of sales dashboards, KPI reporting, business intelligence, and self-service analytics solutions. Drive automation, process improvement, and operational excellence through scalable workflows and analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
